CONSEQUENCES OF LEAVE HOME

DRUGS AND ALCOHOL

Several studies have shown that depression and loneliness suffered by homeless children lead them to dive into alcohol and drugs to calm these feelings, besides that many are likely to engage in the sale of narcotics to raise money to survive on the streets.

PROSTITUTION AND THEFT
One way to get money, more viewed in girls, is to protituirse at night, offering sexual services in which they are often abused physically or also being extorted by the people who hire them. Many times also have been cases in which girls are lost, because many are abducted for various illicit acts or even human trafficking.

Additionally, another way with which runaway and thrownaway children make a living it is by stealing money and valuables, so, in addition to being confronted with a completely solitary environment, they are also labeled as criminals.
